IMPORTANT: If your license expires July 31, 2011 or August 31, 2011, you may only take CPE in the classroom until June 30, 2011 in order to qualify for renewal of your license. After June 30, 2011, you will need to take the 2010-2011 CPE course by correspondence. You may contact any of the CPE providers listed below to obtain a correspondence course after July 1st. Effective July 1, 2011 the following Continuing Professional Education Providers were approved by the Board. The providers are also approved to provide the 24 and 48 hour classroom training required for applicants for the Tradesman Plumber-Limited and Journeyman Plumber examinations.
Any license or endorsement holder who lives in a county having no city with a population in excess of 100,000, or resides out of state, or who submits written proof to the Board from a physician stating the medical reason that the licensee is unable to attend a CPE class, may fulfill the current year CPE requirements by completing a correspondence course approved by the Board. All others must fulfill the current year CPE requirements by completing a classroom course. 2011-2012 Continuing Professional Education courses begin July 1, 2011 and end June 30, 2012. Class size is limited to 45 students, therefore, please allow adequate time for scheduling. To assure that you take the correct course for your renewal, refer to the chart below for expiration date compliance.
